Overall the service was good. I had an appointment and didn't feel like I had been sitting there all day. The only issue I had was my window washer fluid was not filled and I felt like since they went under the hood, they could have blown the dry dead leaves away- normally this is done during my tire rotation/oil change services.

I didn't like the fact they had me waiting 3 hours for a brake job. After the wait, they offer a loaner. I have the top of the line Subaru. They offer me the smallest thing they sell. I could barely fit in the vehicle. I told the service rep about me not being comfortable driving the crosstek and he did nothing.

Upon taking my car in for an oil change, inspection of my car showed that I needed more car care than that. My intake technician explained everything very well which allowed me to make an informed decision. The repairs were performed in a timely manner and I feel good knowing that my car was given the care it needed.
