I was promptly and pleasantly greeted by staff, and my service needs were discussed. I viewed the video provided by the technician with his evaluation of my vehicle. I was notified by my service advisor when checkout was available, which went very smoothly. I was very pleased with this service!

We presented a tough situation. Our Mazda CX-90 "died" in our garage, plus the "spare key" didn't fit in the lock. So, Mazda sent a tow truck out to bring it to the shop and gave us a free loaner car to use while the problem was figured out and fixed. An open recall was also addressed while our car was in the Service Dept.

zero Stars if I am being honest. Damage to vehicle in their care, uses our warranty to repair the damaged and still charged us the deductible. The damage happened while the car was at their shop for two weeks being repaired for other things. Shame on these people. Will never recommmend them to anyone.

I was satisfied with the process of signing the paperwork with the finance associate. the process was quick and easy and not time consuming. although the vehicle i purchased was "as is, no warranty" i feel the vehicle should not be accepted with important items missing. in this situation the vehicle was missing one of the key fobs and the owners manual. now it's my responsibility to replace both items.
