The best, most thorough, and efficient diagnosis Ive ever had. Repair was faster than advertised as well-2 of 3 days! Prices was also lower than dealerships! Fantastic 24 Mo/24,000 mile warranty on repairs too. Thoroughly impressed! They even gave me a ride over to where I needed to go after dropping off my vehicle!

Being from out of town, I was able to get a good schedule for my vehicle and they were very professional and explaining my vehicle repair needs and an excellent quote. The repairs were kindly and specifically pinpointed the activities that they found to be repair and after drive it for over 200 miles it drives like a new car. When getting my vehicle I was given recommendations for future maintenance. I look forward for them to work on it again when needed.

Had a persistent issue with our vehicle. Took it to hibdon's first because that was the choice of the person trying to help us pay the bill they fixed all that they could after that went to precision automotive they supposedly fixed it but the issue came right back as we told them that it would they wanted to charge us another diagnostic fee so I took it to innovative automotive and after addressing several issues the vehicle is running great now the staff is very friendly and very informative
