2014 Jeep was in for repair covered under extended warranty. Charlie, my service advisor took care of everything with the warranty company. Jeep was misfiring and repaired ended being extensive. Charlie took steps to ensure the repair would be covered and Ingersoll did right by me. Repairs were done right and it is now running like new with no issues or concerns.

The shop was prepared for the appointment. The car went into the shop within about 15 minutes. The fixes were only the back up system and tire pressiure reading "relearning." There was no charge for that. The waiting area was comforatble and with WiFi.

owner purchased vehicle 5 months ago from ingersoll of danbury and has been in sevice twice besides the same occurrence hapening four times. the reason for being in service is a major safety issue, the car stalls while driving, there is no steering or brakes. they claim it to be repaired but they also claimed it first service and it still did it.

4 hours for a check engine light to be hooked up to a diagnostic test to be told it needed an update, then to be told that they had to get someone else to do the update then to finally be told at the end that it was going to cost $180 for what exactly still unsure.

When scheduling my appointment, I checked off a number of items thinking that my 9 yr old vehicle needed them. At vehicle check-in, the CSR brought up my car's history and knocked the list down to oil change and windshield wipers. They have taken great care of my vehicle.

They got the oil changed and reset the computer. They also said I needed to have the fuel filter changed which they did. I had to wait and I thought it would have been done within an Hour, however it was almost 2 hours before it was done. Also, I thought they would balance out the tire air pressure but they didn't thus i left with 2 tires 20lbs below recommended tire pressure.

Ever since I moved to CT and started taking my car to ingersoll they have been amazing. I had an issue with my oil consumption. I was burning oil. They diagnosed my issue and replaced my engine block without hesitation completely covered by Warranty in only 2 days. I can't say enough how great this place is. The representative was exceptional, however the service performed was not completed correctly, I went in for a transmission service and after he assured me that there were no codes, I took the car home, and promptly started leaking transmission fluid all over the ground, I will be bringing the vehicle back on Monday to correct the issue.
