Nothing I didn't like they did what they said they were going to do and did it in superb timing? I give Infinity of WHITE PLAINS 5+ stars. The whole team is welcoming and make sure you're comfortable. They offer you coffee water snacks and was willing to send someone out for more snacks because there was nothing there. I liked they are excellent.

The Infiniti service department took care of the complimentary service and I was on my way within the hour. Fast, and reliable service. The technicians were knowledgeable and respectful. One drawback from this location although the waiting area is nicely remodeled, there's one very uncomfortable, small rest room.

Horrible. Getto vibe and they are looking to scam people with a second "diagnositic" of a problem they either didn't fox or created. The County Consumer Affairs Office shoukd open a file on this service center. Infiniti circled the drain in Westchester.
