Service was done at the Nissan dealership because the Infiniti dealership was under construction. Technicians were not courteous or helpful. They did not have knowledge of my extended warranty and charged me for services that should have been covered by the warranty. I was on a road trip with my family and had to pay to get back on the road. Im very unsatisfied with the service.
