This is just informational but I wish I knew that the price advertised is only if you go through their financing and they did try to sell me a 16% interest rate and pretended like their was nothing wrong with that. I am not okay with the way they do business and the way that they treated me.

I was sent a coupon for oil change; after services were complete was told my vehicle did not qualify for the $49.95 coupon price - was charged $99.99 for oil change. Vehicle failed inspection for wiper blades leaving streaks; wipers were just replaced prior to winter > was charged $24.99 per wiper. I won't be back there.

I have told my advisor to check for the coolant/antifreeze. He told me that he would tell the technician to fill my coolant. Before I left, I asked to make sure the coolant/ antifreeze filled. However, I checked at home and the coolant/antifreeze did not get filled. The coolant is below the low level.

Honestly, I hope to never have to be back at Infiniti of Nashua. Kristin in service (incredible!) Also, Dana in sales incredible as well! VP was wonderful initially then became useless and could have cared less about the vehicle they sold me and immediate issue 2 weeks after purchase. The car was in the shop for nearly a month and a half between supposedly being fixed to not and having to bring it back.

Went in for oil change, tire rotation, and the such. Dennis was very polite and courteous. The oil change was pretty fast and I was out of there in 45 minutes. The waiting room was comfortable. They have coffee, tea, and granola bars also.
