Was very friendly. Talked to Collin initially. Was very impressed by the no pressure easy to talk to way he conversed with me, made me want to come back to this Dealership just on the merits of his personality, which I did.
When I did come back, Colin was not there so I worked with Victor. Again very nice and friendly. All in all a very pleasant transaction at Infiniti of Lynnwood.

Good service and because they are the maker of my car, obviously understands what's wrong better. While general services might be more expensive on a one to once comparison, I sometimes have experienced mechanics needing to repeat or not address the issue entirely the first time.

Usually they do a good job but last time I was in I thought they fixed my key fob only to still have the same problem! Time is valuable and I dont always have the extra time to take my car in to fix the problem! Hopefully theyll get it right next time!

Still in my personal opinion not worth the $1400+ I paid for. Disgusting how auto retailers and jacking up pricing during a pandemic and taking advantage of the consumer. Originally quoted $818 from Infiniti of Bellevue, but no response from service team for a service contract. I am disgusted with auto dealers.

My car had greasy fingerprints all over the hood, windshield and rear view mirror. The service sticker was all messy and greasy and the tires were filthy. While the inspection report came back clean, Im not sure I can believe a word that was said because of the lack of care shown for my car. Ill take it to my regular mechanic to double check as I cant believe anything in the report based on the lack of care shown.

I've been an Infiniti owner since 2010 and have owned two different vehicles. They have always taken great care of me. That's not to say that I haven't experienced any issues, but anytime I have experienced issues, they made it right and made sure I was happy. That's what's important at the end of the day!
