Michael was very helpful and my service was great and that is why Im giving 5 stars along with the service tech who was able to diagnose and correct a "squeak" issue that I could not figure out. However, your service manager(Robert), barely looked at me, he was extremely rude to me in the past and apparently is still the same.

Excellent service. Before authorizing the work to be done, they now send you a video of their inspection showing you exactly what problems were found, how much the parts and labor will cost, and how long the service will take to complete. Not all problems need immediate attention, and they advised me on what actions could be postponed without impacting car safety or performance. Waiting area is comfortable and the coffee is good.
