Communication on the status of repsirs could be better. Called several days trying to get an update Never got a call back. Dropped car off on a tuesday finally got text that car was ready the following Monday after 5:00 pm.

Noticed an oil leak on the floor of my garage. Took into Infiniti dealership to check and it was something loose that was causing the leak. It was tightened and all seems well now. Service was very good.

This is the second time I've gotten my oil changed and my vehicle has later it has been smoking and smelling like oil under the hood. There were no others when I returned the first time and called back the second time. Apparently they are simply spilling oil, etc.

Service is good. I didn't feel good about how I had my back breaks done in September and when I came in October for my service my front brakes were evaluated as been very worn. That made me have some dis-trust about my services needed for my vehicle in the future

The service advisor is excellent and attentive. The service manager refused to tell me why my engine light was on without charging me a diagnostic fee. Unless I buy a new Infiniti, I will not use this service center again. I most likely will not buy another Infiniti, even though they make great cars, due to these types of non customer-service oriented decisions.

Mark, thank you for your review. Unfortunately, without running a diagnostic on your vehicle, there is no way to tell why your check engine light is on. This would be the case if you took your vehicle to another Infiniti dealership as well. I had an amazing experience. I arrived without an appointment because lights were in about the tires. Amy, the service attendant was so very nice, kind, and professional. She explained was wrong at the time. She came back and explained the other areas that needed to be repaired.

My appointment was at 12:00 and they did not start work on my car until 1:00 and they finished at 2:30 . This was only an oil change and tire rotation. They then told me my wipers should be changed and I said forget it and left. Not satisfied at all. Also did not balance tires after rotation. I thought this was standard procedure!

The best service ever! I did not have an appointment and they accommodated me. Service was done in the most reasonable amount of time. I was greeted by the ever so kindest service coordinator named Jackson, He also was the best! My car returned to me sparkling clean and they even vacuumed the drivers floorboard.. This service was above and beyond exceptional!!

Customer service James he is the best have not seen customer service like this in a while back in the 70s &80s that when I was a part and service manager I just have one problem which is the distance I have to travel to have my car service over 100 miles both ways that really to far I must think about my next I buy due to this reason

They were Awesome... Very friendly and constantly checked on me to advise what they were doing with my car and how much it would cost. They spoke on things that will need to be addressed with my car in the future and price list of their services. Everyone had on a mask and social distancing was in place. Plus my son enjoyed the snacks in the waiting area.

Not the best. They wanted to low ball me for my trade in. I went down the street and I got a better deal in a new model car. Sale rep didnt know much about the vehicle. Wasnt really helpful with helping me make a decision. A lot of reps just sitting around talking. Probably want go again just didnt enjoy the experience.

The service crew literally doesn't inspect the vehicles. Everything is based off mileage even when you tell them a specific service was already completed, they just say well it wasn't done here so it should be done by us for our records. I wouldn't have had to had it serviced else where for things if this dealership would have had the supplies they needed while the truck was in service.

Thank you for your response. We do have to do a diagnostic at the dealership if you are getting the work done here, even if you get a diagnostic somewhere else. The oil change and tire rotation were completed in about an hour, the same timeframe that was initially given. A representative also contacted me the following day to inquire about my satisfaction with the service. They informed me that my rear brakes needed to be replaced, that was extremely odd since I had just purchased the C.P.O. vehicle three and a half months prior.
