The service was okay. The only issue was I did not receive $10.00 off the oil change. The service person did not seem to know about it. As a longtime customer, I was expecting some sort of discounts for the service.

Salesman, Art, was very polite and professional, but was not present at the closing so I never met him face-to-face. Others at closing were also pleasant and easy to do business with. Car was immaculate. It has some unresolved issues, but since I bought it "No Warranty," I have not contacted the seller about them. I am a little nervous about them selling a vehicle with known defects and not revealing them to the buyer.

Done nice and quickly. Good survey of car condition. Brought my own oil and filter (yes, you can do that!) so cost of oil change was about $45 with full synthetic. Really, they only need to improve their baked goods and coffee for this to be a much better experience. When they were in Kirkland, it was much better.

I was annoyed that they have instituted a 3% add-on for payment with credit card, which they didn't disclose in advance. If I had been notified of this, I would have brought my check book or debit card.

Had all the paperwork prepared, gave me an approximate time how long the service would take, and had a loaner car waiting for me.
