I was contacted. Appt set up. Arrived at appointed time to find vehicle not pulled up and dusty. A number of staff standing around the entrance. Test drove vehicle; extremely mushy brakes; was informed thats the way they were (have driven other Nissan NPVs without such an issue). Little to no negotiation until I started to pull away; then an unknown rep ran up to car to see what it would take to get me to buy! Too little, too late.

My initial contact with this dealer was excellent, but it soon went down hill quickly. The sales rep would not listen to my questions about the vehicle that I test drove and was very arrogant and smug when he made the comment " You won't find a better deal anywhere else!"

I drove an hour and a half to test drive an Audi Q5, and the car was not there because the owners sister was driving it for personal use. Even though they said they were going to retrieve it for me, I felt that is in very poor taste and very unprofessional. If you want to sell a vehicle, it should be on the lot as advertised.

My main concern was that the car was a non smoker since my wife and myself are allergic to the smell. They assured us that it was. Spent the afternoon to go there just to find out we were lied to. Opened the door and it smelled like a bar. Then they tried to say we have all these other cars. Very pushy and rude. Would never go there again.

Thank you for your response Gerritt, although it leaves our staff a bit confused. U came to see our 1 owner 2012 Wrangler with 110k miles. From our experience you told us that u loved the jeep and wanted to move forward with the purchase after a few small specific items to u were taken care of. As we were completing that task u called us and said u purchased your neighbors jeep instead. We love to hear about people buying cars they want regardless of their location. I guess we are left a little confused as to how we couldve done anything different. The review platform is one that should better a company and its processes. Were left not knowing how we couldve done anything differently because u told us that u loved our jeep. An insightful call to us would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
