Put on lot to sell. Never fixed any of the dents or scratches. Check the driver side mirror. And back bumper for a crack. Inside from bumper missing parts too. Also dent in passenger door.

Sent email about a used car, which is priced a little high. That is fine but then they try to sell you something else and they say they are trying to help. If they would of read the email, big difference between 4x4 and all wheel drive.

It was terrible because nobody would work with me because I did not have money for a down payment as required by Carvana. I believe that it is totally disrespectful to place this on someone that has fallen into poor credit as the result of no action of their own. Nobody took a second talk about the situation that I am in, they are just worried about a score and information that is reported to the bureau that can be reported how ever they want. This is a form of profiling without knowing the actual cause of the situation. Even giving someone an APR that is out of this world, that drives up tha monthly payment and does no cooperate with someone who is trying to get back on there feet. I request that Carvana does not bother me anymore due to their lack of understanding and providing someone a chance.
