last oil change i had them check the brake pads. they told me i only had 10% left on the existing pads. i drove another 1k miles then took it in to get them replaced. the front brakes were fine, but the rears needed to be replaced, along with the calipers. the flexible hoses were leaking. for a 2002 vehicle, understandable. they kept me informed, the cost was reasonable. service has always been good there.

Independence Auto diagnosed a problem that a GM dealership could not. well done! There is one lame thing they did though which was telling me my wiper blades needed to be replaced. I just recently replaced the blades myself so I declined that service.

Power steering stopped. I took it in, they diagnosed the problem, replaced the power steering pump cooler, refilled the reservoir, and let le knowby noon the same day it was ready for pickup. completed oil change also.
