Scheduling an appointment as well as other communication was easy via their text messaging system. It was a post purchase inspection and everything was thoroughly explained via a phone call and work was performed as recommended. I highly recommend them.

One of my tires was pieced by an object on the hwy. They had to order a tire, but were kind enough to take me home rather than waiting in the shop. When the car was ready they picked me up. Imports Plus went over and above in their customer service and I greatly appreciated their help.

Excellent place to get your VW/Audi worked on. They specialize in VW cars. Not cheap. But, you get your money's worth. My Audi TT handles like new, after they did some major suspension work on this old 2002 sports car.

Had ongoing unusual issue with my battery. They dug deep after several tests and found out the problem and could only be serviced by Subaru. Happily found out Car was still under warranty for that particular issue needing to be updated. Recommend Imports Plus

Imports Plus was great! They were very pleasant and professional. Allowed me to drop the car off at night drop. I made apt and they got to it when they said they would. Had to order a part but gave the car back when they said they would and called when new part came it. GREAT COMMUNICATION!! Better than the last 2 dealerships I've had to deal with. Buick and Jaguar could take a lesson in customer service from Imports Plus.
