Let me say the employees are very kind and professional. However, the owner is not. I was shocked at his defensiveness, tone and his ability to speak to a woman like he did. Not to mention that got my AC fixed for $1000 less than they quoted me and it's been fabulous all Summer.

Regarding the estimate you received, our pricing reflected the specific components your vehicle required and the diagnostic findings at the time. Different shops often quote different repairs based on the parts they choose to install and the scope of the work they perform.

They had nice customer service . However, they finally after 3weeks figured out what my issues was with my Audi q7. First it was the belts and hoses related to the cooling system. I returned the car the same day because it was having the same problems as when I had it towed in for the 1st time. Then it was the alternator which took 4 days to come in and 2days to put it in. So I got a call saying it was ready. Pick it up and again about a mile from the shop I stopped to drop something off and got back into the car to find that the car had the same problem. They towed the car only to realize the this time it was the starter after a 2day diagnosis. $2500 out of pocket and $3500 with warranty fees later, they finally figured out that the starter was the problem. It took them 3weeks to repair an issue that should have been picked up with the 1st diagnosis, which was $198 by the way every time the Audi q7 was brought back.

Joseph, thank you for your feedback. I want to provide a clear technical explanation of the repair sequence on your Audi Q7, as each failure occurred independently and only became visible once the previous issue was corrected.
Your vehicle first arrived with a coolant leak. We replaced the failed coolant hose, pressure tested the system, and verified the repair. When you came to pick up the vehicle, the car would not start in the parking lot. Diagnostic testing showed the alternator was no longer supplying adequate voltage to the battery, and we replaced the alternator and drive belt with your approval.
Once proper charging was restored, the cooling system regained full operating pressure. At that point, a second leak appeared at the water pump a common progression on higher mileage supercharged Audi engines, where one cooling failure can mask the next weakest component. After pressure testing confirmed the water pump had failed, it was replaced. During this repair, David worked with you on the pricing and reduced the extended warranty service charge from $400 to $250 to help keep the repair within your budget.
When the vehicle later returned because it would not start, that was a separate electrical failure. A weak or intermittently charged battery can place repeated low voltage stress on the starter
