I've been using two of the Import Autohaus locations for about 15 years. I moved over an hour away, but still drive back to the Richmond area because I really don't want to deal with anyone else. When a car repair place in Chester tried to rip me off, saying I needed thousands in repairs, I was referred to Import Autohaus by a friend. They evaluated my car and said I needed NONE of the work the other car place said I needed. I have been a loyal customer ever since. As a single woman, it's comforting to know that there is an auto repair place that will not try to take advantage of the lack of automobile knowledge. They are the best!!!
