They called back about a week later. I made a reasonable CASH offer only slightly less than $18,300 they are asking for the car. The lady just hung up which I thought was very rude :). If you don't want to accept my offer less talk a little--maybe I'll come up or maybe I will not--but less keep it professional. They have been trying to sell this car for several months.
