Service consultant was friendly and appeared eager to assist. She was able to get me an appointment for my scheduled service at a day and time that was convenient for me. I was kept informed of the vehicle inspection via text and pictures, which I thought was impressive.

The only service performed on my vehicle was an oil change, which required a wait time of over three hours. Contrary to what was stated, my tires were not rotated, nor were the recalls addressed. After the oil change was completed, my vehicle was parked and seemingly forgotten. Additionally, the waiting area provides a vending machine for purchasing snacks and beverages, but no complimentary refreshments are offered.

The service to My car is always good, but they didnt washed My car, they didnt explain till I got back to ask. Also I wasn't aware the change of prices before because New manage team (dealer maybe) took over on December. Do not take this on Santiago or the other guy is not their fault, they have a good customer service but those little details surprised me. Thank you
