I would rate this dealership with 0 stars. I replaced my starter at this dealership on October 24, 20204 and had to replace it again last week. They charged me again! I tried to reason with them and they would only have reimbursed the full amount if I was buying a new Subaru. I will never buy another Subaru and I was considering purchasing one!

Given that you are outside the timeframe of Subaru's parts warranty policy (one year), we were able to get the repair done for only 25% of the total cost to you. We have been in touch with Subaru of America, I'm happy to hear that you reached out to Subaru Customer Advocacy like we suggested. Hopefully they're able to go even further than we could. I'm not sure who you spoke with at our store about reimbursement upon a new vehicle purchase, but we wouldn't ask anyone to repair a vehicle before a trade-in, let alone make them buy a new vehicle for reimbursement. Everyone is great!! One suggestion, when you make an appointment online it should give you an estimated wait time based on the service you choose. So you can choose the correct time when waiting. This is not a complaint it's on me for not giving myself enough time. I gave myself 2 hours wait time and was still late for work.

Took the car in for its 90k service and the technician either cross threaded it and or over torqued it the service advisor said I could drive the car up there with more than half of the wheel studs broken or not have lug nuts and or have it towed the made it a huge hassle to get reimbursed for the work I had to have someone else do to fix it on top of it service advisor lies to us and mede this process even more difficult

Jason, as we mentioned in the Google review response, we're apologetic that the situation occurred and did everything we could to make it right. Context matters and the context here is that we didn't know you had already broken off the stuck lug nuts at your buddy's shop or we would never suggest driving the vehicle in that condition. Once you mentioned they were already broken off, and other work was being performed, we said we had no problem covering the cost as long as it wasn't exorbitant. When you arrived 20 minutes before close, unannounced, demanding the check, we had to scramble because no one was expecting you. Luckily, we were able to get a check made on such short notice.
