Took my car for an oil change and it was done quickly and service reps were very nice. Also took my car for the recall and they said it would take about and hour and a half. I waited in the lounge and it was done within an hour. I have never had a problem with Imlay City Ford. Maybe because they are a smaller dealership or whatever, I prefer going the extra miles to get there.

went for a test drive before purchasing this vehicle and noticed tire pressure was 16psi on rr tire and 26psi on rf tire so a hour later they put air in tires.purchased vehicle drove home 15 miles noticed license plate bolts was very loose called my sales person and he said he hand tightend the bolts but forgot to fully tighten them.
