This dealership lowballs any type of trade in by at least $5k, and on top of that, they tried to sell us a 2019 spark at $10k (website says $6k) that had bald tires, needed an alignment desperately, lots of scratches and a couple dents with 117k miles on it. Sales people were very sweet, the finance guy (who I've been told from other dealerships is the owner) is extremely rude. I would never come back again.

Terrible, bait and switch. They advertise cars at a very low price just to get you to call them. Nothing in stock and tries to sell you on other cars. Should be banned from advertising.

Hidden fees a 9k car turned into a 13k car. 1500 in reconditioning fees 600 for window tint.. I mean just crazy fees. What happened to selling cars? It's like the want to make double the cars value in profit.

The people who run Ideal cars belong in prison, lying unethical ignorant individuals, who will do and say anything to make a sale, most off their vechiles are way over priced, they add fees on top off that making the vechiles hard to finance through regular banks, thus you are left with the sub prime weasels

Several sales related issues including questionable repair policies on basic issues, resulting in over $1200 in repair costs. Costs include front differential seal, which could have destroyed the 4x4 capability and refusal to provide a second ignition key, speaks of lack of customer service and basic decency. Also, the price they list is not the final price, but the "cash price"...basically, the bait and switch.

Not a great experience at all, I walked away with a car but at the cost of rude pushy staff that didnt really know how to talk to customers. They were also misleading, advertising that the car had features that it really didnt have, their excuse was that it was their other dealerships fault even though the car was on their lot. I will never buy a vehicle from them again. Big mistake!

The salesmen were very pushy. They just wanted me on the lot so they could talk me into a sale. Two of them responded to my text message asking if a particular car was still available. The next thing I know they've scheduled me for an appointment. Their actions alone were enough to make me suspicious of their cars. They acted like stereotypical used car salesmen, just out to dump a lemon on an unsuspecting sucker. I have no idea what kind of shape their cars were in, I didn't get that far. Their salesmen were so off-putting I just went elsewhere.

This is the BEST dealership I have had the pleasure to purchase a vehicle from in my 60 years. I also work in the business and this dealership knows how to take care of a customer. Every person in that building is so kind and friendly. The sales process was efficient and low key. Communication was clear and concise.
