I made the service appointment on-line and was able to make adjustments to the appointment via phone. They also provided reminders via text and phone call. On July 15 2025 The Battery in my car Died, My warranty had expired on June 29 2025. I was welcomed with a warm greeting when I arrived. I stayed and waited while my vehicle was being serviced. The waiting area is always very comfortable. They always have the best snacks. Was told over phone when scheduling service that I had complimentary oil and tire rotation. When service was completed they told me that my total came to $200+. After much discussion the service manager comped the service. When I get home, my husband tells me that I am missing one of my rear lug kits and all of the lug kits were loose on both front tires and several loose on the rear.
