Juan was the ultimate professional. Excellent service was provided and what have become accustomed to. I made the service appointment on-line and was able to make adjustments to the appointment via phone. They also provided reminders via text and phone call. The reminders were greatly appreciated with my busy schedule. Which most people have. Will assuredly continue to use Joe Bullard for service.

On July 15 2025 The Battery in my car Died, My warranty had expired on June 29 2025. Shan My Sales Associate and Krissy My Service Advisor worked hard together so I could get a brand new battery for my car free of charge. That is a perfect example of Going above and beyond for your customers. I can't Thank these Ladies enough for what they did for Me.

I was welcomed with a warm greeting when I arrived. I stayed and waited while my vehicle was being serviced. The waiting area is always very comfortable. They always have the best snacks. Just in case you're in need of a lil something to snack on. I always feel confident with my car receiving the best service when I come to this dealership. I highly recommend their service.

Was told over phone when scheduling service that I had complimentary oil and tire rotation. When service was completed they told me that my total came to $200+. After much discussion the service manager comped the service. When I get home, my husband tells me that I am missing one of my rear lug kits and all of the lug kits were loose on both front tires and several loose on the rear.
