The wait time that was estimated upon arrival was 45 minutes, however I had to wait 2.5 hours for this service, never once being informed of any issues or delays. In addition, no car wash was provided because the temperature has to be 40 degrees or more???? Yet I saw multitudes of car wash stores open for business with cars lined up to be washed. Dealership has declined in the service it has provided since I purchased my first Infiniti 5 years ago. Disappointed:(

Regarding the car wash, our policy to suspend washes below 40F is in place to prevent freezing and potential damage to vehicles and equipment, as water can quickly freeze on surfaces in colder temperatures. We completely understand how frustrating that can be, especially when other washes remain open under different conditions. We'd be happy to wash your vehicle for you at no charge the next time temperatures permit. Please don't hesitate to reach out so we can arrange that for you.
