They were helpful until they sold me the car. I had to call multiple times because the finance guy Frank would not return my calls. All I needed was a copy of the service warranty I paid for . He said it would be emailed to me but he didn't until I called repeatedly.

My service was perfectly fine, but the communication from the service desk was really awful this last visit. First of all they confirmed my appointment after booking online only to change it 2 days before my appointment. The communication back and forth via the text app was all mixed up between time and date. I accepted the changed time, it was an hour later than I originally booked and I had the time. So whatever. Then I get there and hand my keys over. I was told my service person's name and that they'd be in touch. At no point did they come out and great me or discuss timing of service. An hour and 15 minutes later I get a message saying they're running behind the timeline discussed but will have my car ready soon. I respond that we never even discussed a timeline and could I get an estimate. Nothing. Finally my car is done. The service rep goes over everything done and only then tells me they also took care of a sun roof recall and that caused them to take longer. All I could say is that it was odd, since I never got a recall notice and I would have appreciated if they discussed that with me before doing the recall. I was headed out of town and they put my whole day back an hour. Luckily I wasn't catching a flight or anything so I had the time, but what if I didn't have the time. I was really frustrated by the service communication.

I took vehicle in for oil change, fuel induction cleaning, cabin filter change and multi point inspection. Within a week of having that service done, I had to bring vehicle back in for power steering leak. They told me, "oh we must have missed it". Charged me another $500 to have a $10 oring replaced. I think there should have been consideration and bill reduced since I was just there less than a week and told all good. I had to take another 11/2 days off from work to have repair completed.
