Haley, my service person, was very nice and helpful. She knew that they needed my car for the whole day so she arranged a rental car for me, so I didn't have to sit in the waiting room all day (I live out of town and it's a drive to the dealership). My car was serviced in a timely manner and everything seems to be working right now. I will definitely go there again.

My advisor, Jackie was kind and very helpful. She made me feel welcome and kept me well informed. I really appreciated the Lyft service which made it much more practical for me to get my servicing done during a workday. I also deeply appreciated that my car was washed and cleaned as a part of the service. That was amazing and so great greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I liked my service adviser NATE. He was great. I brought in my car for oil change . I also told Nate & showed him a picture of how my car was shaking & noisy when turned on. Nate said that he was going to tell the mechanic to check it out. The problem was found & it was covered under the Hyundai warranty. I was very happy. My car was nit shaking anymore. I just want to say .

Map and navigation system system do not work and indicate the system requires update. Tucson Hybrid is under warranty and page 9-113 of Car Infotainment System Guide states: "You can visit your local dealership to update." Hyundai of Vacaville will not perform the update under warranty.

I thought that the service department at Hyundai of Vacaville did a great job. Checking in, telling him what I needed done in my car, getting my service done, we're done quickly and easily. The service manager was very attentive and friendly. I will definitely be going there again for my next service

Took hours for just an oil change, and they would not perform service under warranty for loose exterior trim, claiming my door was bent due to attempted break in and that it wasn't the trim at all despite there being no damage to my car otherwise and it the offending trim being along the hinge side of the door.

I had brought my car in because the check engine light came on, the computer needed to be updated. Then a couple weeks later the light came on again and one of the cylinders was misfiring. I was able to get all the work done I needed.
