Brought the car 7 months ago. My check engine light came in while driving to work. Call the dealership they scheduled me. I was at the dealership all day. But it was something under the hood that controls temperature. It was covered under warranty. And they also did an oil change. It was worth the wait.

PROS: Service was professional and efficient. I was informed of my car's status, but it was returned in the time promised. I waited for the car to be done.
CONS: The service area itself is outdated and in need of a overhaul for customers to spend time there. The work area for the service managers also needs to be updated as the furniture is worn and overused. That staff (and customers) deserves better.

Used car salesman ( had a trade in)said i had a transmission/power train error code and offered me peanuts on my car. Took it.to.2 mechanics, who showed me no such codes(s) came up. Need i say more. Salesman was very nice but the used car dept....different story. Read the other reviews not just mine

Second time now that the car was returned with a missing valve stem cover on a tire and air pressure was asked to be set, came home and it was 35,36,37,38 4 tires 4 different air pressures. Complained to Hyundai service, they tried to 'man-splain' me and I'm a man of 77 years old, that doesn't cut it. I could have taken it back, waste of my time !!! Need to do it right the first time.

Set up an appointment to buy a used car I found online. Confirmed the appointment just 90 minutes before. But when I arrived, the dealership told ne they had sold it. Fortunately they weren't far from me. If you intend to buy from them, check before you travel to them!

I had an incredible experience, the facility knew ahead of time that it would be a long process and provided transportation to and from and when it was going to be longer than expected even offered a loaner (which was not needed. But they were friendly and very professional!

Car was serviced and given back when promised. As it was a Saturday, dealership could not run diagnostics to figure out my problem. The service waiting area and bathrooms are really old, unclean and desperately need updating to keep customers coming back.

I waited and hour and forty five minutes for an oil change. that's too long. It seems the car was finished much earlier but no one told me. I was sitting around for at least a half hour for no reason. So, not great service.
