Went in for a headlight replacement. Was upsold several things, trusting that I needed them. But after signing to pay for these services, and getting hit with the bill, they "didn't have the lightbulb in stock".

Everyone I interacted with was polite and professional, taking time to go over my car. A warranty repair replacing a coupling seems to have been done correctly. There are no apparent issues.
Unfortunately, they were unable to determine what caused my car not to recognize ether of the key fobs every now and then.

I had to take my car back because they did not check their work. After the oil change and full service, oil and coolant levels were below minimum levels. I had to add them myself. When I called back they just asked to bring the car back. No accountability, no owning the lack of quality checks, no apology for not doing a complete job. I will not be returning to this service center.

Horrible service with service department. The service manager was rude and inflexible despite Hyundai America appealing to her over a technicality. Did not find the root cause for the oil usage but did find every other thing to add on to the quote. Proceed at your own risk!

First time I'd been to this dealership. The check engine light came on in my car and this was the first appointment I could find. Glad I did. Service was done, including outstanding recall items. Service representative, Annie, was accessable and very helpful. I'll go here for my next service.

They left an oil mark on my center console armrest and didnt even bother cleaning it. They never put back my passenger rear valve stem cap back on. Notice when I got in my truck my dash cam was unplugged. Touch things in my truck that has nothing to do with an oil change and tire rotation service.

Awfulhad me run credit and leave a deposit and then after asking ten time about fees etc I was told $175 ONLY I have email proof and text clarifying only for the finance mng to hit me with excessive ridiculous fees that had I known prior to I would never have ran credit!!

Someone let me pull in and took vehicle almost immediately. As soon as I walked into the Office area, a service writer asked if he could help me. I waited, it was for an oil change and filter. At 2.5 hours, it was a little on the ling side. But the work seemed good and the car returned clean. No complaints on the service or staffs responsiveness.
