I went to the Hyundai service for an oil change, and the day before, I called them and they told me the price would be around $35 to $40. However, when I got there, the sales representative said it would be at least $100, which was double the price I was quoted over the phone. I was quite disappointed, and after checking with other Hyundai dealers, I found out that the typical price is around $45 to $50

I was upsold and told I needed all this work and they didn't even have the Went in for a headlight replacement. Was upsold several things, trusting that I needed them. But after signing to pay for these services, and getting hit with the bill, they "didn't have the lightbulb in stock".

Everyone I interacted with was polite and professional, taking time to go over my car. A warranty repair replacing a coupling seems to have been done correctly. There are no apparent issues. Unfortunately, they were unable to determine what caused my car not to recognize ether of the key fobs every now and then.

I had to take my car back because they did not check their work. After the oil change and full service, oil and coolant levels were below minimum levels. I had to add them myself. When I called back they just asked to bring the car back. No accountability, no owning the lack of quality checks, no apology for not doing a complete job. I will not be returning to this service center.
