Prompt scheduling and prompt service! I had noticed a slow leak in the passenger side rear tire but did not mention it when I turned the vehicle in for service. They found a nail imbedded in that tire and plugged it for me and then let me know about it when I picked up my vehicle. Well done and thanks for the excellent service!

Horrible customer service. Every person was angry. Trying to take people across. I have noticed the past 2 years. Prices for each item. Too high. Highway robbery. Terrible personal experience. Don't except the coupons sent in the mail for someone who purchased a 50,000. New vehicle. Terrible customer service. SERVICE. Negative customer service.

Service was provided quickly and professionally. The Dothan Ala dealership staff are the best. The customer waiting area was fully stocked with water, coffee as well as light snacks. Several dealership service areas that I have visited failed to provide any of the above except in vending machines.

The check in girls are professional, nice and helpful. Who ever worked on the recalled harness replacement. There were hand prints/dirt all over the back of the vehicle. It should have been wiped down and cleaned after they worked on it.

I loved the car. It was a Hybrid and had batteries with a warranty of 9,000. I was afraid to buy on the spot. Also, a little high for me and they weren't able to reduce the price.
