The service department is 3 miles down the road from the dealership which forces you to put too much trust in them to move your vehicle in heavy traffic without damage. Also it took 5 hours to diagnose and replace a battery. If you are out of town and on vacation this leaves you stranded and steals an entire vacation day from you.

18K regular maintenance on 2022 Santa Fe. Estimated to take 2.5 hours but only took 1.5 hours which was great. Facilities are very dated (new location coming in May 2025 according to service rep).

The dealership was thorough in evaluating the issue my vehicle had and did not try to just "throw parts" at it. I was provided with a loaner vehicle like my own which I appreciated. They kept me updated on progress, and I was able to speak with the mechanic at one point. The issue was eventually located and led to it being fixed. I highly recommend this dealership.( I want to add that this is in contrasts to my experience with the other dealer in the area which resulted in about 7 visits without a solution.) Kudos to Hyundai of Charleston!
