Poor communication for the technician in charge of my service. Never responded to text asking for updates. I always had to call! I left voicemails and he never called back. Didn't get car back when promised! Was extended 2 more times. And when the vehicle was finished, it still wasn't!

There just does not seem to be an engaged, coordinated, well managed workforce in this dealership's service department. One hand doesn't seem to know what the other hand is doing. Not happy. The management ultimately made a decent apology (again), and got everything taken care of. But for a supposedly luxury car line purchased by and trying to attract higher end customers, they're not doing a very good job.

It took about a year to finally have my seat belt recall done. However upon inspecting at home I found the rear seat belts jambed behind the rear seats and couldn't be used. Additionally the trunk fabric was not reinstalled properly. Several voice messages have not been returned.

Over charged me for a battery and labor, charged me for a diagnostic test and COMPLETELY misdiagnosed the issue with the Car despite my instructions on what I believed the issue with the car was.. and the Service rep was so hard to get in touch with that her own co worker had to physically give her the phone so she could finally call me back.

Took an extra visit to the shop to get the problem fixed. Parts were ordered for delivery the next day but turned out to be the wrong part (number was incorrect). Service was prompt, staff was considerate. Frustrating to have to spend another morning in the waiting room. And, then, less than 12 hours after leaving the dealership, the check engine code came on again.

The best experience I've ever had at a dealership. They got me a loner car while mine was being repaired and took care of everything. They were easy to reach and kept me updated on everything I showed up dropped the rental off and was on my way. The service man was vacuuming it out when I went to get in said he wanted to leave it cleaner than he got it. I can not recommend this place enough.

Didn't wash my car when finished nor fill my washer fluid. Had to bring it back to have the cover around the camera placed correctly and it Still wasn't correct. And the engine light came on. However...CURTIS...had that issue check to determine it was the gas cap. He was patient professional and made sure the problem was resolved

I had decided to switch the servicing my car to Bedford as it is much closer to my home. I was surprised, however, when I went to pay of service that I was charged a 3% fee for using a credit card. This was never disclosed when I requested service. I even told the agent that I could use a debit card if the wanted to, but he said the extra fee would still apply. Not a pleasant way to start a new relationship.

My car was dropped off at the dealership for warranty work at the body shop. Everything was good on the repair until we noticed there was damage in two places on the area of the gas door and the passenger side door. It's been very difficult to get someone to address this problem. We've been promised to have Service writers or management to address this issue and nothing has happened yet.

The service was great but probably won't be going back because No one charges over $200 for an oil change & rotate ties. It was crazy expensive & unheard of.i feel awful because I trust Genesis with my car.
