Was sent a link to a list of recommended services after they had completed an inspection of my car. I responded to it but when I picked up my car the services I selected were not completed. They said my ticket was closed out before they received the questionnaire back.

We liked that they could identify the problem in one day and get the required part the next day so I was without a car for only 3 days. As a retiree it was not a hardship to be without a car for that short time. The dealership had a nice staff person who chauffered us back and forth to leave and get the car.

Out of town, buyer, worked with salesman for four days on the phone, getting documents, Carfax, etc. Had the car sent out for a private inspection. Told him I would call first thing in the morning to finalize the deal. He texted me that morning and told me the car was sold. Awful experience, awful salesman, awful dealership.

We had our car serviced and when we picked up the car the oil filter was damaged and oil ran out of the car. Almost ruined the motor in the car. Check engine light and oil like came on. Oil was all over the engine and back of car. Had to tow the car back to the shop. The service dept replace the filter and car fixed.

I liked that they changed my oil. I didn't like that they left their trash in my car. That they left me waiting 5 minutes after my car was finished and I had to go into the service area to tell them that my car was done and could I go. Only one person was busy on the phone, he had my paperwork and just shoved it over to a coworker to deal with.

Car was ready for a while but when I get over he didn't notice my keys sitting on the opposite side of the desk. Plus when I tried to make an appointment at the disk he ask could he call me to schedule it I she yes and still have not received any call. When I called the service department I was told they can only schedule oil changes on the phone at the moment and she didn't ask my name or number to get back in touch.

The worst dealer I've ever been to. Charged me for something that was under warranty after my engine died. Took over six weeks to fix my auto. Then broke down three different times in one week after it was repaired. I will never buy another Hyundai product. Would have given a zero star rating if it had been possible.

the service was very good. The major problem was that it took 2-1/2 hours to get the oil changed. You can visit a jiffy lube and be done in 20 to 30 minutes. OUCH. The excuse was that 2 people called out sick. Did take a few $$ off for the wait. This did mess up lunch appointment.

Hard to get appointment. Issues with paperwork. Said I needed new wipers even though they just replaced them last visit. Nobody took ownership of process so I didn't know who to talk with or who to ask questions . When I picked up my vehicle, person I checked out with didn't have answers and didn't help me find out.

I really likes the maintenance and how they send hou a video, but I had a problem also and they didn't even look at the videos I took and said they couldn't repeat the problem. Bow I will have to take the car again. I told them what it could be and felt I wasn't listened too because I am a woman. Also the person that sold me the car said they probably won't find the problem and that's normal.
