I had a doctor's appointment, that I could not postpone or cancel. Because my 2010 Hyundai was to have an oil change, NYS Inspection and front brake replacement, Ron was Superman to the rescue. Setup appointment to get my Tucson serviced for oil change. Once on the lift they Informed me about rear brake pads being about 2mm left. I Was going to get them done at another time but they quoted me a really good price to have them resurfaced with new pads and hardware at that moment. Craig was very helpful and informative. Disappointing. Dropped the car, an EV at 7:30 AM. The car needed tire rotation and to diagnose a bad trunk switch. I told them I needed the car by 3:00. I had to call them at 3:30 to find out that it wasn't ready. The service ticket indicated the car was worked on for less than 2 hours. When I called them on it they were dismissive.
