I like to say Hutch Chrysler dodge jeep ram stuck with their word a couple weeks after bought vehicle started having issues with rear brake system and stopped in and told them the issue and told me to bring it in and they would check and fix the problem and apologized for that happen. Great service and great friendly helping people.

Had to have a new touch screen head unit installed due to delamination of the touchscreen surface. Was in and out in roughly an hour. New unit is working properly at this time. Total cost of parts and labor was $829.03 I'll be taking precautions to keep this screen from being damaged in any way. Wanted to keep my old unit but was told that there was a $1,000 core charge on it so I did not get the old one back.

Fast and efficient Would like to recommend something: when I took my vehicle to another dealership to change oil. They would give me a check list of everything they checked and if it was ok. Even when doing tire rotation they checked the brakes! Made me feel like I didn't have to worry if something had been missed. They would add windshield fluid even without a charge! Always a note if they had to. I really appreciated the little things.

I think the work that was done at Hutch was acceptable. What I do not find acceptable is that a body shop owner can bring my car there and have repairs done to it without my knowledge and was not informed of. I called to see if the known repairs was being done to it, to find out parts was being ordered. When I inquire what parts, brake pad and rotors. My car didn't have 7,000 miles on it and the body shop had it for an extensive amount of time. When my car was took there, I had no issues with the brakes. Although my warranty covered the cost, I do believe I should have been informed before hand. The receipt that was given to me states customer requests diagnostics of brakes, my car I'm the customer. It was taken there July 1st and at first I was told it would be ready by the next day. I did not get it back until July 7th. After calling all day Monday to see if the brake job was completed, being told a couple of hours, another hour, by 3:30 I told them I'm coming to get my car and if repairs aren't completed, a loaner needs to be ready. I don't know if they were messing with me due to a family connection with the body shop, but what I do know it costed me my 4th of July plans. This dealership is 36 minutes and 30 miles from my preferred dealer. I had to make arrangements for someone to take me out of the way.
