I didn't know there were other issues going on until I read the notes on the receipt, after the fact. What was done I had redone at another place. I will not be taking it back

Sales team did good then got rushed through finance and no rates on anything got discussed. The following i reviewed everything and discovered they financed me at a 8.99 % that somehow got dropped to a 5.99% when i told them I will pay my loan and go elsewhere. Then the vehicle extended warranty was 8k for 3yr 36,000 miles. Needless to say that got canceled and went elsewhere for the extended warranty.

The communication was very poor. We were in to have a part replaced that we noticed at point of purchase. Could not be addressed, was sent to Sid Dillion. Sid Dillon could not replace so I was sent to Infiniti dealer. Shelly was difficult to work with and frustrated that Husker didn't pick this up and you used the warranty I purchased. I guess thanks for pay the deductible.
