The following i reviewed everything and discovered they financed me at a 8.99 % that somehow got dropped to a 5.99% when i told them I will pay my loan and go elsewhere. Then the vehicle extended warranty was 8k for 3yr 36,000 miles. Needless to say that got canceled and went elsewhere for the extended warranty.

The communication was very poor. We were in to have a part replaced that we noticed at point of purchase. Could not be addressed, was sent to Sid Dillion. Sid Dillon could not replace so I was sent to Infiniti dealer. Shelly was difficult to work with and frustrated that Husker didn't pick this up and you used the warranty I purchased. I guess thanks for pay the deductible.

Shelly was very friendly with checking in and out. The oil change was great, but the oil level indicator on the dash board was not reset. Not a huge deal, but we took it back immediately to have it reset. The car wash, which is an added bonus was not very good. Half of the car was washed and the hood was scratched leaving about an inch of paint peeled.
