The service was very impersonal. The advisor spunded like she just wanted to sell me something. She had no idea of the condition of the vehicle and she simply looked at her screen and said your vehicle needs a transmission fluid change. I will not be coming here for service again.

My tail light bulb was not working. They asked me to wait we r checking what is the problem. After more than an hour said we dont have the part. U can leave the car we will order part and fix it tomorrow. I went to advance auto park bought a bulb for $11. And good to go. Waste of time and money at Huntington Honda. They dont tell u the actual problem. It may be a minor problem. But they waste ur time and money.

Made appointment, took vehicle in. Because of the particular problem had to leave vehicle but they allowed me to use a loner vehicle for the day. Very thankful. By the late afternoon that same day the work was completed and I returned their vehicle and drove mine home. Very satisfied with my advisor Mr John Sinclair.

Service was very good. I did not have to wait long and was told that the problem might be the need of a new tire since the pressure light kept coming on after a few days after it was re set. The light did come back on and I have an appointment on Saturday morning to have the tire replaced.

The staff was friendly and helpful from the minute I pulled into the service through the time I left. They told me how long the service would take and the service was finished within minutes of their estimate. Terrific experience - and the service cost was very competitive.

I only gave one star because I didn't have the option to put zero stars. The customer service was horrible they hung up continuously after calling 10 times due to my car OVERHEATING after I JUST took my new car for service! Now I have to stop my family road trip and spend HOURS in a honda service place in a whole other state. I am very disappointed

I took my car for a fuel pump recall, tire rotation, inspection and full milestone service. Took just about 3 hours for everything as they had told me and I was happy about the speed. No additional purchases were forced onto me. The waiting area needs updating. Services from a dealership are OVERLY EXPENSIVE, the least you could do is provide a more comfortable waiting area with free food other than coffee and water.

I needed two new tires for my Honda Pilot and shopped around for the best price. I was pleasantly surprised that Huntington Honda's price was well below any other tire shop. I was able to make an appointment the same day and had my car back by the afternoon.

My tires were not checked for air even though I was told they were. I drove to my friends two days later and I had a problem because of tire pressure and it ruined my day and I was very extremely stressed as I have not driven much in the past year. Very very upset.

everything went well my service advisor Kelly is is great did a wonderful job explaining everything to me the mechanic del came over showed me what was going on with my van fixed the problem van drives better then new I would truly recommend Huntington Honda to everyone great job guys & Thnks again Kelly

I came in for a recall (driver's door switch) and oil change. Usually when I get an oil change I get a sheet saying that they checked other fluid levels and did a general inspection. I did not get the usual extra sheet this time. It took about 1 hour 35 minutes, and unfortunately the coffee machine was not working. But the staff were pleasant and polite.

Love Huntington Honda. I live 30 miles away from the dealership and have traveled there for the maintenance and repairs of all my Hondas since 2005. They are fair, honest and do excellent work. The staff are polite, courteous and very informed. Yes, there are 5 other dealerships closer but Huntington Honda is the one.

Great Service, Great people! Did what I asked and then some. Told me about an important recall which I didn't have any idea about. Fixed that issue, naturally at no charge. My car always leave there like it just came out of the showroom. Tried other places, not the same. Pay a bit more, but the trust factor is worth it. Thank You!

I asked for the tire pressure to be checked on all tires as my warning light was on. The service manager informed me the tires were inflated. I drove home and the warning light came on. I checked all tires and they are inflated accurately. This is the 2nd Honda I own that seems to have a sensitive tire pressure warning. Is this indicative of Hondas?

The car has never been left in the condition its received - seats should be put back where they found them. Alerts left on with no explanation of how to delete them or what they mean. I left the center and actually had to drive back in order to have someone clear the alerts.

Extremely poor. I was taken full advantage of. Went in for an oil change and left with a $1,000 bill. It happens to me every time I go there. Then I googled the dealership and found out there is a class action lawsuit against them for this exact thing! Its a shame this dealership has the nerve to rip its customers off during a time of pandemic and crisis. I will never go back

Mi vehicle tires were not balanced right, still vibrates at high speed. Was told by the technician and service advisor, that I had to cut rotors in order to balance my car tires properly. One thing is to cut or replace rotors to reduce vibration when braking, another is to properly balance tires. I need the tires balanced properly. Seems every time I balance tires here, I always have to come a 2nd time so it can be done properly.

Since purchasing my car in 2015 my experience with Honda has been very satisfactory which is what keeps me coming back. The service reps have outstanding customer service. They let you know what is wrong with your car and what your options are. I am very pleased with Honda and their outstanding service.

Kelly Kearney is an excellent service consultant. She is always willing to take the time to check my service record and doesn't beat around the bush. I am comfortable dealing with. I have been coming to Huntington Honda for a long time and I have to say that she is definitely one of the best representatives that you have.
