So friendly & knowledgeable! Josh worked hard to find a discontinued part. He got it sooner than I expected, the mechanic got the job done sooner than expected & the cost was much less than my old shop. THIS is my new shop & I'm so glad I found them!

The car was ready when they said it would be but the repair was very expensive I believe that was one of ford's better ideas ( not ) and not the fault of hullmans the price of new car parts have become outrageously expensive and I blame the auto industry for that

I was told that my lug nuts would break when removed. I got replacements 80% cheaper than what they wanted to charge me. During the tire rotation, NONE of the old nuts broke, but in stead of putting the old ones back on, they put all the new ones on. Now I have 20 used lug nuts in good shape, that I have no use for. I could have returned the new ones and got my money back. Not too happy!

Since the 1st day we set foot on Hullman's lot, they have provided wonderful service, whether in sales or service. In a time where customer service has become low priority because people Covid, or whatever the reason, Hullman's has maintained a very high level of service! I will definitely continue to do business at Hullman's.
