Called for an oil change "the works" at about 11am for an appt. Operator said we have an opening at 1150, I said Great! I'll be there (20min drive to HD so 1/2hr to get ready to go. Arrived at 1149, waited 45min before the car was even moved (I know lunches are going on but why schedule if that's the case???) another 45min to prep-do the work. Got out of there about 1:30pm. Lesson - Don't do it at lunch time.

Considering this was my 1st time at the facility, I was greeted by a nice young man who walked me through the process of what they would be doing for my vehicle. Unfortunately, I'm not a mechanic so I can't tell if my baby (truck) was treated properly. LOL I put my trust in them to do the job right and nor try to get over on me.

Poor customer service!!!! A guy called me from dealership to get payment for the service. His attitude was awful!!! He left me on hold over 10 minutes phone was disconnected he never called back to apologize for the long wait nor about the call being disconnected.
