Was a very negative experience. I was treated rudely and disrespected by the service Mgr who was working that night. Told me to go sit down and wait after I asked him to check me out. Told me my keys were in the car and I could leave. So I left without finding out what was wrong with my car after a diagnostic test was done. I also have left 2 voice mails with the service dept with no return phone calls.

Work was done extremely fast & left my car, clean inside and out!
Answered all my questions did not try to do any preventative maintenance work that was not needed yet! Plus not saying they were inexpensive. Ha ha but I checked two independent garages, and they were very competitive. Very clean, waiting room and restrooms. Always appreciated.

Hugh White Honda's Service Dept. is friendly, efficient, & knowledgeable. I always like taking my car there. However, for a 2018 Accord, I thought having to replace a back-up camera was way too expensive, & shouldn't have happened on a 6-yr old car that's driven less than 3,000 miles annually.

There was a mix-up with not having all the parts needed for the scheduled repair, but the service dept was able to get the part overnighted and get me in the next day to complete the repair in half the estimated wait time. At the last minute, the manager added back in $400 to the bill that we had negotiated that I would not pay. The invoice he handed me had a long list of numbers on it so this $400 was not easily visible upon first glance. He tried to pull a fast one on me, but I caught the attempt to rip me off. He eventually subtracted the $400 when I went to the central desk and heatedly informed him that this was not the deal we agreed to.

Everyone was very nice to me. I just wish they had a cappuccino machine or specialty coffee machine. Or bottle water for the guests to drink for free. Other than that I love the popcorn.
Please think about the cappuccino and specialty coffee machine for free. It will make the wait a lot easier.

I only received one key when I purchased the vehicle. I went back to try and obtain a second key. They claimed they couldnt provide one because when the car was traded in thats all they received. At the same time they offered a discount thru their key guy. They still havent called me and I went somewhere else.

23 minutes is all it took to find the tiny nail causing my slow leak, remove it, plug it, check the pressure on the other 3 tires, wash the car and hand me back my keys saying I was good to go. Best part was the $0.00 balance on the invoice. Incredible service!

I had my boyfriend take my car for the appointment for an oil change. Gave specific instructions to not have the tires rotated (they had just been rotated by my tire company), which I do not believe they were. He got talked into a filter change, which I must state, was for an exorbitant price. Knowing he was not the vehicle owner, he never should have been asked to approve additional services. Disappointed!

Communication was lacking. Car was towed by AAA early in the day for a 6 pm appointment. No response from service that day. The following day I had to call the service dept several times and finally found out that it wouldnt be ready until the following day. Even so, I had to call the next day to verify that it was ready. I usually dont have a problem but I sure did this time.

Wanted my 2011 Civic given a head to toe service as it just turned 200K. Service manager was awesome and communicated updates to me regularly advising of any additional items that were found. They even were able to save me a few hundred dollars on an exhaust repair. Fantastic service!
