I was on time for my appointment and they accommodated me immediately. Total time for a routine maintenance service took 2 hours. They honored all manufacturers service exceptions, but I asked them to replace my remote key battery I was told it did not need it. As soon as I left I receive a text stating the remote key battery was low.

I love taking my car to get serviced at the dealer, but the dealer's prices are becoming more outrageous. Overall, my work was completed, and the service report was detailed, but I only took advantage of the complimentary oil change and completed the air filter and cabin filter on my own, and got my tire repaired without having the replace the tire as the dealer recommended.
