They write my milagre wrong and I had to bag them to fix my report they also charge me $4.500 to fix my car and I did it outside the shop for 2.000 RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE

I will never be back again, couldn't even check to see what was wrong with the seatbelt without telling me it's a $180 charge to diagnose.. horrible!!

Joseph is a super professional person. Very patience and kind. He explained everything to us in a very nice way. If we have to go back to Honda with a mechanic issue we will definitely look for him.

When inquiring, the woman on the phone when was clueless, disinterested and gave incorrect information about service cost and availability of recall parts. Service itself was ok, but expensive and they tried to upsell extras for thousands.

I liked the courteous attitude and friendly service. I didn't like at the time of payment the clerk didn't mention I could have oay in cash and save the credit card fee. She just pointed at the window sign after the fact
