I did not ask for them to check the battery.
I feel that they overstepped their bounds.

Don't. Their prices are sky high. 160 an hour labor. Literally did work I didn't authorize as well. Avoid!! It's not huddles anymore.

Spots of oil in the car, failed to reset the oil gauge to 100%, and didn't fill out the next oil change sticker correctly. I had to return twice. This wouldn't have happened under the previous ownership.

Seemed to take longer than necessary as I needed to wait. Service tech left grease smug on steering wheel and door panel and tire wheel. Not sure if problem is solved as it was a slow leak and will need time to see if tire pressure holds.
