Hubler did excellent work in a timely manner. Facilities were clean, and they provided water, etc., while I waited comfortably. Regie Turner was exceptional. Explained car service to me and did so with a great sense of humor. He appeared to truly enjoy his job.

Service went well, advisor was great, but the one downfall was the girl behind the desk to check me in is always very rude anytime I come in there. She is not welcoming to the customers and had a very rude tone and look towards me when I showed up early to my appointment. Otherwise a satisfactory experience.

I recently learned that the vehicle I purchased with Navigation was 4 years out of date. The map version is from 2021. Several places I have traveled already have included roads that are not in the maps. I would think that an updated map version should be part of the purchase. I should not have to spend hours updating a brand new system. What are my options?

Quick oil & filter change & tire rotation. Tires seemed to need balancing afterward; however service manager recommends I wait a few miles as they may need time to wear in after the rotation & alignment. They do seem better, but still can be noticed. Seems like balancing could be checked during the rotation. Or, at least offered for a modest cost.

Service as usual was great thnks to Denice's customer service attitude. One or two ther updates were performed all within a respectable amount of time. I still have a pesky problem with my clock unprectably losing some account of time- losing from 10-40 minutes and thne autocorrecting at some point...or not? I don't know if that has been a problem for others with similar cars tom mine?

I dropped my car off for "recall work" and fortunately I could leave it most of the day. I was notified when the CR-V was ready. At the last minute I asked to check the tire pressure since the weather had turned quite cold! Service mgrs. Denise and Reggie did that themselves, on the spot so I could be on my way! Nice service!!

Directions on how to pull into the building when calling in for an appointment would be helpful. Being given a copy of the work done on your vehicle would also be nice. One last thing would be signage for the entrance of the business off the highway especially since it is not near the actual building.
