If you are considering buying a car, I would suggest for you to go to Hubler Chevrolet and ask for Mr. James Ratliff.

Josue lied to me and told me the trailblazer i wanted was crashed and stolen. Meanwhile it's still at the shelbyville location they just didn't want to go get it. then they kept recommending a Chevy Trax when i specifically said i didn't like the Trax. Legend has it they're still waiting on my check from my bank LOL. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I had my oil changed a couple months ago and had problems come up after that took my truck back and they admitted fault with the problem that occurred but didn't listen to all the issues and problems continued till this issue and I'm not at all sure that it didn't occur because of the last one just not happy with their service and the fact that they don't care to listen.

Hubler has a culture of poor customer service. I won't go into all the details, but you can read them on my Google review. You WILL NOT be treated as a "valued customer." You will be treated with no respect and a bother to their day. Even if your new vehicle has been brought in for a recall, or warranty issue, you will be made to feel like you are the problem.

Fixed the wrong part of car charged over $1100 car had same issues within 2 days and tried to get me to pay another $1700. Advisor Cody Wilson is the most disrespectful rude person I've ever dealt with in a professional setting that I had to reach out to managers over him. Car still in their possession waiting on information.

Did not have a pleasant experience. Extremely disappointed by the communication. A two year old car brand new off the lot to have fuel issues is asinine to me. I'm out $2000 for a repair. The first repair $1700 didn't fix the issue. Now I'm questioning if that repair was necessary. They kept my car longer than expected bc the diagnosis they did not fix the issue. My traverse has been nothing but issues since I bought it.

And I never have a complaint when I go to hubler Chevrolet Even though they're in greenwood, Indiana and I live in Danville, Indiana. I still prefer to drive out of my way just to get a professional service and I also like the free breakfast that they offer. No other dealerships offer this.

Took it in for a small coolant leak. Was told it would cost $2300 to fix it. I told them not to do it because that was way to much money to put into a 14 yo vehicle . I took it elsewhere and got it fixed for $335 plus they changed the belt for that price. Beware of this place, if the price sound off, it more than likely is.
