Bought my used vehicle from HVT about 15 years ago & have been driving from Raleigh to Wilson for service ever since (they are that good!). EVERYONE there is so nice!! Love getting text updates! They make service recommendations without pressure, & advise customers on what needs to be done right away , & what can wait awhile. This last visit was excellent as usual & Colby was knowledgeable, efficient, & very nice!

My Service Advisor was Colby Reason, his greeting was warm and welcoming. Very courteous and with a a true feeling of what could he help me with. Which he understood what I needed and got some one to take care of for me. He also advise me that one of my tires was unusually low. To keep an eye on it and if it keeps getting low. I need to have it checked for a slow leak. I thank him for his knowledge and concern.

Very prompt to get you in and out if you have an appointment. They also told me about 2 free oil changes and tire rotations I had available that my local Toyota did not tell me I had considering I paid for previous oil change at my local Toyota. So Hubert Vester could have charged me without telling me but they did not and let me know I have 2 more free changes.

My experience was great. My service representative, Colby Reason explained to me exactly what I needed for my front brakes and suggested the back brakes be serviced as well. He said they are at a 2 out of ten and he said they also would need to be serviced soon. I told him while I was there let's go ahead and have that done as well. There was no pressure, just recommendations. I totally appreciate that.
