Vehicle was fixed at Hoy. Representative was friendly. Took a while to repair, approximately five months. The door is not tightly secured; there is a loud wind funneling noise when we travel that's very annoying and the wrong floor light was installed when we open the driver side door. Just expected the best since it is a Mercedes.

There was no communication about my repairs or advice, unless I called. When I picked up my car, it was dirty inside and out, and I had called ahead of time to inform them that I was going to pick up my car at the end of the day, I did let them know, and they were kind enough to come out and clean the seats, and some of the doors in the inside, which I appreciated. The upfront Staff is professional. The only thing i would improve are the techs attention to detail. They keep putting incorrect information on my windshield sticker i. e.. mileage or this last they year (25) instead of 24. Things like that annoy me as I rely on my sticker for accuracy and also makes me question my confidence in your employees working on my vehicle.

My experience with the Mercedes-Benz Service Department was beyond expectations because of the Roger team's diagnosis of the vehicle's scheduled maintenance. In addition to identifying additional repairs, Roger gave me a timeline for their completion. Moreover, allowed me to drive a load vehicle during the repair of the car. I'm immensely and immeasurably satisfied with the Mercedes-Benz Service and especially the Roger's Service Team.

They took my vehicle they told it would be 1.5 hrs. for the service plus 1hr. so I stayed after 3.5 hrs. of waiting I went and asked how much longer they found out my vehicle was already ready but no one let me know.
