I was advised months ago that a sale on tires was coming up and the timing was good for me as to when I needed more tires. We discussed options, features, price and value. We chose a set that would be quieter for highway speeds. I noticed the difference the first time I got on the highway. I also had my tires aligned and, once again, because I didn't use my lane feature, they were able to save me money on my alignment.

They were great. Had an accident unloving hitting a rock on a country road, resulting in a flat. I called, they were able to accommodate a 4 wheel tire change (AWD car) that same afternoon and with a tire brand/model I requested. Price was exactly what they quoted.

While couldn't find the cause of the problem, they fixed it and gave me information on what to watch for, in case it happens again. While they spent alog of time diagnosing, they only charged the basic rate since they couldn't locate what had caused the issue.

I am always pleased as to how Houska helps their customers with reminders and cost cutting tips and advice when it comes to their service. Their courtesy vehicle drivers are friendly, and I notice very little turnover with their employees which tells me they have a quality staff and they are treated well.

After the repair was complete (fuel pump and control module) my truck sounds noisy as if they exhaust system was altered when the gas tank was dropped. It now makes a low rumble sound while driving and a rattle noise while idling. these are new problems that didn't exist when I took the truck in. Very dissatisfied. Won't use Houska Automotive again.
