I liked that I was able to get in and resolve my ongoing A/C issue the same day.
What I didn't like was having to return to Horne KIA approximately two weeks after I had just spent thousands to fix an A/C issue.
I was told that I wouldn't be charged $200+ for diagnosing the issue (but I was) when I had just been in for service and the service representative diagnosed the issue while in the service line checking in.

The person who met me at the service area was quite nice. (I don't recall his name or specific job title.)
I am 71, and it is common for people to treat seniors a little differently, often giving a vibe that they wish we'd go away. To be treated like anyone else is greatly appreciated.
I have always avoided dealerships, but my experience at Horne Kia made me change that attitude.

it took 5-7 minutes for someone to greet me, service started nearly 2 hours after my appointment, and when my VIN was entered in the computer to check my covered services, it was under the incorrect name. if i would not have checked again, i would have been charged a second time when i have several more free services

Salespeople were great, but their doc and prep fees are the highest I've seen. Pretty much wiped out all the discounts on the car. Waited for finance forever. I got there at 5:30 and didn't get home until 10:15. Wouldn't recommend them just because of all of the high excessive fees.

Took vehicle on for A/C issues and it took a long time to receive an update. Apparently they checked the entire vehicle out for other possible problems.
Once learning the diagnosis it took longer than expected for the parts to arrive and resolve the issue completely.
Was quite costly as well for parts.

I loved the service providers kind, cheerful attitude. I trust the dealerships service department more than anywhere else I'd go. Tons of seat/couches! The only thing I would recommend is Kia providing a bar/spa/cafe to spend time it while waiting for service. lol I know that's a lot though.

The service guys was nice. I had an appointment and was told an hour and a half which then turned into 3/4 hours to be told they were gonna do more work. I love going to Kia because they inspect the whole vehicle. 2 weeks later from my service and them fixing what they recommended I could hear a grinding sound from my rear brakes. needless to say I've been disappointed by my last services from kia

Horrible service. Treated me like a stupid women. Told me there was nothing wrong with smoke coming out the tailpipe of the car. Told me at first there was a bad gasket, then called back 5 minutes later and said nevermind, the engine was just dirty.

Very slow. Oil change tire rotation and 1st check up 3 hours to complete. When done I paid the cashier from the cover page of the bill. When I got home I was looking over the paperwork and all the rest of the pages was for someone else's car. Called the service advisor left a voicemail asking what does he want for me to do with the paperwork. Never got a callback.

I'm due to deliver my baby any day, and now I won't get my car back until Monday. I was told it was an over night thing, and that turned into an entire week.

Jimmy was great and personable. The techs did forget to reset the oil change notification and I had to go back and they still weren't able to do it, luckily I figured it out on my own. They also don't put reminder stickers for the next oil change. Just nit picking otherwise no issues

The service that I received was very good. I arrived for my appointment and was driving home two hours later with a new side mirror that replaced a faulty one.
The only negative aspect was that I had the car in to check the mirror in February, and they told me that the part would be in in three weeks. I called in early April, and they said the part was in. I felt that Horne Kia should have called me when the part was available.

I went in for a pre-trip checkup, and the technicians discovered that there was a leak in the axle. The advisor said that the part was in stock and it would take 24 hours to repair. The rental car was arranged. A couple of hours later, I received a call that the car was ready for pickup. Everything was done within four hours. Great news! I relieved a lot of stress, I appreciate the efforts by everyone.

Took my car in because backup lites weren't working.....also battery was down to 45 percent....Dont know why I only have 2200 miles on the car......Turns out the backup lite does work but its on the bottom of the back bumper and no one knew that till the tech had it....Very weird as I would think that the consultant would have realized that when checking the car in.....I ended up with new wiper blades and tech charged the battery....

Had taken car there for what was thought a dead battery but was told it needed a number of things replaced and/or repaired. After a bill of almost $900 it was picked up and again had the same problem within hours of being picked up. Horne Kia had the car picked up at the place it stopped running and taken back to the shop for another repair. After all this time it was finally picked up again but fortunately no more charges assessed.
