The good: I did not have an appointment but I did have a failing battery. In and out in about an hour. Very pleased. The bad: Horne allows someone from a windshield replacement company to the initial contact with customers. Horrible idea. He was beyond rude to the point of hostility when I insisted on speaking with a Horne representative. Total and complete jerk.

Took vehicle in for regular maintenance. Was told our vehicle would be done around 2:30 but wait for a phone call. Around 4 called dealership phone rang with no answer. Drove to dealership around 4:30. Our service advisor was not around, Ignacio. Another advisor helped. I asked when was the car done, was told he would have Ignacio call me. I reviewed the paperwork it was done at 2:15. Service was terrible.

the service on my Palisade today was great. I received a call that the dealership was prepared to help with my maps software update. I drove to the dealership and as promised, they were prepared and my car was serviced. For some reason, the maps software couldn't be updated when i went to the dealership originally}. What I didn't like was that i had to return to the dealership for this service after having made the trip a week before.

Had engine oil/filter change, no complaints... But what i don't like is the addtl service items they always insist i need done. Like wheel alignment, which every tire appears to wear evenly. Brake fluid change which owners manual says does not need any maint until at least 4years or 48K miles. Another item was suggested but i forgot what it was. Very annoying in my opinion.

The work was find until I got home. The radiator was leaking fluid. I did have a radiator flush done. When I went back to get it fixed I was told that I might have to pay for it if it was not their fault. It was your fault because the radiator never leaked before. I AM very disappointed in the service that I received. I am thinking about taking my business elsewhere. I have been coming there for about 8 years now.

I had to return the vehicle to the dealership the next day because it was still leaking oil. It has been now 10 days in the shop. I had to call yesterday to see what the problem was. I have been told today March 27 2025 that the problem may be a improper oil pan sealing gasket. It has been in the shop for the same problem 4 times! 05/14/2025 11/14/2024 03/16/2025 and now> Not very happy

Extremely poor, will never return Oil change performed but prox 200 miles later oil filter came loose, leaked, needed to find service in remote area. Fortunately we did, discover leaking from filter, no ring on filter also 2 plastic covers below engine were missing with one cover about to fall off. Immediate new oil change & filter done for a cost of $160+. Dealer notified, no response. STAY AWAY!! This almost ruined the car!!

They returned the car washed, but dripping wet. It looked much better when I brought it in. So far, I'm not impressed with your service department!

Everything went fine. The service advisor was friendly and helpful. The location has plenty of places for me to sit and wait. However, the last few times I have visited, I could see my car parked on the drive waiting to be released and it would take the advisor a while to let me know the car was ready. For that, I take a star.
