Communication skills are terrible. Husband had to call for daily updates and it was a miracle if he got anyone with knowledge on the phone. Made an appointment and dropped car on a Thursday didn't get it back until following Tuesday and was supposedly a simple update. Last Jeep that I will buy. Car only has 11,000 miles on it with problems already.

Vechile was taking in for several services. I have been complaining about 1 item not working correctly and they keep trying to refer it to a 3rd party install without doing their due diligence. Even gave them the paperwork from the 3rd party and they still tried to push it back on them. They never called the 3rd party to help resolve the issue.

Clay in the service department makes sure everything gets done correctly. He is polite and well rounded when it comes to taking care of the maintenance. He doesn't push anything that isn't needed or attempt to upsell you or bring in the sales guys. He is professional and direct. If there is a better opportunity or option for dealing with your car that's going to save you money he will tell you!

I had my Wrangler in for the 30K service. Hoover changed the oil/filter and a multi-point inspection as recommended at 30K but they didn't list the systems checked in the inspection: Differentials, CVC joints, fuel system leaks, etc. I had to enter those manually.

I like the fact that my service advisor was polite informative, and the repair was done right on the first visit on two occasions. I dislike the fact that there is never loner vehicles available which cost me several hundred dollars in rental fees. I've never experienced this with other dealerships until I bought the ram truck.
